I gave myself this as a blog title and found it hard to nail down just three reasons that set us apart from other online gift businesses...after all why on earth wouldn't you want to shop with us?
So here are three reasons why you SHOULD shop with From The Oak Tree:
1 / SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL
When you email, send a text, comment on our Insta feed, check us out on facebook you get real people! You get little old me; in my office, on dog walk, at a show or even on the school run and I will really try and help find out exactly what it is you need ( or really want!). When you contact us you become part of our extended family- I buy into your ideas and really try and understand the people you are buying for.
I personally write out each and every order and send it to the workshop where it is carefully made and looked after until it comes back to me for oiling and packing. I look after each gift as if its's for my best friend and I get a little bit of happiness from each and every oak gift. If you want to make a slight change to an order, contact me, Il'l contact you as soon as I can and I will do my jolly best to oblige- if you want some ideas or some inspiration I may be able to help too. Real people make real ideas come true and because we are small we really do make all of our products with love!
