Delivery and Returns


On placing your order with us you should expect delivery with in 14 days but at busy periods we may take longer- you should receive your order no later than 21-28 days.  We do keep some of our designs readily available so those without personalisation may arrive sooner.  Should you require something urgently please contact us and we can sometimes offer an express service at an additional cost.

UK Delivery starts from £4.50 and is FREE when you spend over £50. 


Our costs reflect the couriers costs. We are happy to combine postage when multiple items have been purchased-this should be done automatically at checkout.  

We currently use myhermes courier services  and we always use the signed for service. Parcel information will be sent via email on despatch of your order.  If you're not in, your order will be left with a neighbour or held at your local delivery office. A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made

Delivery Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses
We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer


You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your order.  We are only able to cancel orders that contain non-personalised items, providing the order has not been prepared for despatch. 


You are required to notify us within 7 calendar days following receipt by you of the goods should you need to return an item due to a problem.  Please note that all personalised orders are considered final at the point of order placement.  (Please ensure that you take extra care when entering any names or messages into our website as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for personalised items)

Please email us with photos of your defective item and a description of the problem and if eligible we will issue an exchange or a refund once the item has been returned to us at the address below. We would always encourage you to work with us to resolve any issues and we will always do our upmost to exchange your item as quickly as possible ( within 7 -14 working days of receiving the original back in the office.). If we are unable to offer an exchange we will offer you a  refund. 

Parcels returned to From The Oak Tree are done at your own cost unless defective.
